The lost artists of Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis created a modern story about a fairy tale with the main female character, Emma Sven, who moved to Maine. The program is about adapting fairy tales like Snow White and Prince Charmant brought to the real world, without knowing their true identities,by the evil queen who is cast off evil magic on the whole earth.
